Salman Khan records statement on firing incident at Bandra residence; shares details

On June 4, Bollywood actors Salman Khan and Arbaaz Khan visited the Mumbai Police to record their statements regarding the firing incident that took place outside Salman Khan's Bandra residence on April 14. This development comes as the investigation into the case continues.

Salman Khan shares details of the house firing incident According to a police source, Salman Khan woke up to the sound of gunshots on the morning of April 14. He then proceeded to the balcony to investigate but saw nothing unusual. Security guards at the Galaxy Apartment's entrance gate had already been alerted and were searching for the attackers, who arrived on motorcycles. One of the guards informed Salman Khan, who then alerted the police. Salman Khan opens up on getting threats   One of the five rounds fired during the incident struck the balcony of Salman Khan's apartment. The police collected the bullet as evidence. During his statement, Salman Khan also spoke about past threats he had received from the gang of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. These threats included a letter found near his residence in June 2022 and a threat issued by fugitive gangster Goldy Brar in 2023. Status of the investigation of Salman Khan house firing case So far, the Mumbai Police have arrested six individuals in connection with the firing case. One of the accused allegedly died by suicide while in police custody in May. In a separate case, the Navi Mumbai Police arrested five people suspected of conducting reconnaissance of Salman Khan's Panvel farmhouse, shooting locations, and Bandra residence, allegedly with the intent of harming him. The Navi Mumbai Police also seized a cache of arms and ammunition during this operation.
